Practice Groups

Practice Groups provide a platform for lawyers worldwide in similar fields to stay connected through regular meetings held throughout the year. These meetings are engaging and focus on discussing compelling, relevant topics.

Dispute Resolution

IP/IT & Cybersecurity

The Dispute Resolution & Litigation Practice Group connects litigation lawyers from around the globe, welcoming expertise across all areas of litigation, from real estate disputes to personal injury cases.

Members share insights into litigation procedures, strategies, and best practices from various jurisdictions, fostering a collaborative environment focused on delivering optimal client outcomes.

Discussions also cover practical aspects such as litigation costs and court timelines across different countries.

Currently, the group is focused on mediation and negotiation skills, comparing jurisdictions where mediation is mandatory versus those where it remains voluntary.

The IT/IP & Cybersecurity Practice Group brings together experts in ICT law and intellectual property. Meeting 4-5 times a year, the group addresses current issues such as trademark law developments, challenges related to emerging technologies like NFT protection, AI-generated art, and data security. Members benefit from each other’s specialized expertise through workshops, presentations, and group discussions, fostering knowledge exchange that enhances their professional practices.
