On December 5, 2024, ANLLIAN Capital 2 Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of ANTA Sports Products Limited (Stock Code: 2020.HK, hereinafter referred to as "ANTA Sports"), completed the issuance of €1.5 billion zero-coupon secured convertible bonds maturing in 2029 and the repurchase of convertible bonds with a principal amount of €945.5 million.
