Employment: Lindsays advises on all aspects of employment law including employment contracts, policies and procedures, redundancies and restructuring, discrimination law and TUPE. It represents clients at employment tribunals and court and can help with alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation.
Rural - Land & Business: Lindsays advises agricultural and landed estate clients and has recognised expertise in crofting, feudal dignities and renewable energy schemes. Specialist advice includes agricultural holding issues, Land Court applications and single farm payment entitlements.
