Caluwaerts Uytterhoeven (Legal Office CVBA) was established in 2001 by Kristiaan Caluwaerts and Kristof Uytterhoeven, both lawyers who had been working together since 1993.

Over the years the two founding partners have attracted a number of highly skilled professional partners and employees. A few years ago the partnership was extended to include Ignace Kroos, Steven Slachmuylders and Yannick Grauwels. In 2018 our partners Dirk Berckmans and Frederik Van Overtveldt joined the firm and in 2019 both Stephanie Moras as Federico Wuyts also became partners. In 2020 Caluwaerts Uytterhoeven Lawyers integrated the firm VARLAW and welcomed Marc Van Raemdonck as Lawyer Of Counsel and Vincent De Somer as a partner. In 2022, Stéphane Gevers also joined our firm as a partner.

The firm now operates with an interdisciplinary team of 38 multilingual lawyers with extensive expertise in various legal disciplines.
